A run through Madrona and up a hill! First 3 miles I didn't feel great but finally warmed up for the hardest part of the run.

Recover run after my long run! The first mile was hard. Amazing how a 22 miler can zap your energy. Got into the groove after the first mile. Was warmer than I thought, should have done a tank top. Our weather has been crazy around here so it's hard to know what it will be like once you start running. My mind still tells me that it's cold.
