That's what I said to my husband after he asked me "Why are you wearing that?"...referring to my cute, green bondi band, though I don't think he would describe it as cute! I tried to explain it to him but if you aren't a runner you don't get how great it is! They say running is a cheap sport...Ummmm I would beg to differ! Running can be cheap but if you want to do it long-term and do it well and comfortable...well then it is going to cost you. There are so many great things out there for runners. A few are obvious...Garmin, iPod, shoes, socks, running tights, running jacket, hat, etc....- What is something different, something out of the ordinary that you don't hear about much that you have been surprised by that has helped your running or at least made is nicer, easier?

Here is one of the reasons I RUN...My youngest son, Cole! He found his brothers goggles and likes to wear them around the house. I think he looks so cute and funny in them...I keep taking picutres!

What a cute goggle-clad boy! It's so fun when they do stuff like that. My five year old sometimes walks around wearing these huge toy glasses. I think he thinks he looks cool. :)
Love the goggles! He is a cutie. I also love the Bondi Band. I keep saying I am going to get one. I used to tell people that running was a cheap sport. Maybe not so much although in comparison to skiing - big equipment costs and lift tickets etc. it still is. What has surprised me? Well I just bought my first pair of compression shorts and liked them so much I immediately ordered some tights!

Safety pins! I like having a safety pin attached to my waistband when I run - for a key, my gloves or anything small I don't want to carry in my hands.

I love the bondiband! Very cute! The first time I wore mine my husband actually called it CUTE! Gasp! Can you believe it!?
One thing I love to run with in the winter is a ear warmer. I just have a cheap one from Old Navy and it is like a head band that covers my ears.
