My mom is here visiting and we really wanted to do a 5 mile run together...outside but if you are in Washington today you will notice that the rain and wind is strong today so that changed our plans. I can run in the rain but rain and strong winds...not my cup of tea! So we opted for a treadmill workout which I just struggle with but since I missed out on running this week due to busy schedule and not feeling well I had to do it.
Treadmill stats:
Distance: 3.25 Miles
Time: 32 minutes
Pace: 10-11 minute mile
Calories burned: 400
Running on the treadmill makes you realize how MENTAL running is...it's so hard not to push the stop button and just get off...I have to focus and stick with it. I ran a couple hills and finished...3 miles is about my max on the treadmill.
989.25 - 3.25 = 986 miles left to run in 2010

I really can't STAND the treadmill. I agree that it makes you realize how mental it is!
The rain has been ROUGH this week. I have only run once this week from being sick... UGH!!
